I don't always have to be perfect

It's okay, I don't always have to be perfect. Sometimes, it is okay to fail at something. Now if only I could just make myself believe that. I'm having a rough semester in school and I just found out today that I made a 44 on my second lab practical. I needed an 80 or better on everything in that class for the rest of the semester to be able to get a C in the class, which is the lowest possible grade I can get and not have to retake the class. :( So I'm going to have to retake the class. My final exam is next Monday and to be honest about it, there's no point in taking it even if I get a 100 on it I'll still have to take the course again.  But I'm going to go in there on Monday at 1pm and take my final anyways, why you ask...let me tell you.

My grandfather always taught me to give everything my all, to try my hardest at everything I do, and most importantly...to NEVER GIVE UP!! So I will go in there on Monday with my head held high knowing that no matter what I have given this class my all, I have studied as hard as I possibly can I have do everything in my power to get the grade I need to pass; but that it just wasn't enough this time.  But that is okay, I can try again next semester and I'll get it if I just put my mind to it and do my best.

Thank you Grandpa for teaching me that I should always do everything I can to triumph and that if I try hard enough I can do whatever I put my mind to.

So no I don't have to be perfect, I just have to be me and do the best that I can with what I have. I don't have to be as good as anyone else so long as I tried and worked hard I have nothing to be ashamed of.

I got a free sample of Tazo Chai from Smiley360. I was sent three different flavors to try; vanilla caramel chai, chocolate chai, and classic chai.  I really enjoyed both the vanilla caramel chai and the chocolate chai, but I didn't really like the classic chai.  They two that I liked had really good flavors and were the perfect blend or sweet and spicy.  My favorite mug with the vanilla caramel chai in it was a great way to end my stressful day. Update: I've finished the entire full size bottle that I got from Smiley360 and Nature's Bounty® Hair, Skin, & Nail Gummies and I will be buying these again. I definitely noticed a difference, my hair, skin, and nails look and feel so much healthier. The flavor of these is really good too, they have a little bit of graininess to them but it's easy to get past. I absolutely loved them and am going to be going to my local Target to buy some more as soon as possible. :)

I got a TastyKake® Kandy Bar Kake in my #SpringVoxBox from Influenster mine was s'more flavored. It was delicious, but didn't quite taste like a s'more. It was pretty close, but the cake part didn't quite taste like graham crackers.

Like I said it was truly delicious, but didn't taste quite like a s'more. I would buy these though because they were really good. I had mine for dessert after dinner last night. Yum!

I got Rough Rubber made by Schwarzkopf Professional in my #SpringVoxBox today in the mail. I was eager to try it out on my son who's been wanting his hair spiked.

This is my little guy after we spiked his hair, he was really happy that I had spiked his hair up
So we spiked his hair with our new product and he played just as rough and hard as he usually does. The product says it has a lvl 3 strength holding. It's really easy to use just put a small amount on your hands and rub your hands together then rake your fingers through the hair you're wanting to style and let your hair air dry.
Basically you use it just like gel only it's a lot thicker.

With as thick as the product Rough Rubber is I thought for sure it would hold pretty well, but within 30 minutes my little man had flattened his hair most of the way back down. He was still happy with it though since as far as he was concerned it was still spiked. :) I suggest waiting longer before letting your child play hard if you want it to stay longer. He didn't waste anytime playing hard after I was finished styling his hair.

Palmolive® soft touch™

Today I got an awesome surprise in the mail.

 I know awesome right, especially since I had a load of dishes in the sink that I needed to wash and this was just the motivation I needed to get in the kitchen and wash them. They both smell really good, I liked the way the Aloe one smelled the best so I used that one.

 Look at all the bubbles it made and I didn't even have to use a whole lot of soap to get that many and the smell lasted the entire time I was washing the dishes, and so did the bubbles. I was extremely shocked when I was finished washing all the dishes and saw this.

So I had completely finished washing all the dishes and there were still suds and the water still smelled amazing.

Now I know so what there are suds left. I didn't have to empty the sink and run a second sinkful of water to get these to still be there at the end like I usually do. And the dishes were clean, I was really surprised at how well this product worked. I didn't have a ton of scrubbing to do or anything. And my hands feel really soft after having washed my entire sinkful of dishes. They were a little wrinkly from being in the water but they were really soft, and still are. :)

This is what my hands looked like after washing dishes. :) They are so soft right now it's amazing, they are usually only this soft right after I have put lotion on. Needless to say I really like this product and will be purchasing this next time I need dish soap.
